This search tool calculates the montly payment of actively listed homes in the Colorado Springs region using list price,
actual taxes & an assumed 7% APR with a $3K annual insurance payment.
What homes are displayed?
The homes here are active single family and townhomes in El Paso County from the Pikes Peak regional MLS (PPMLS). They are updated every 15 minutes.
